As an online-only business, we do not have a physical location. However, we can be reached via email at contact@pleasantinspiredapparel.com We also have a mailing address at 1721 South WW White Road Suite 120-24 San Antonio, Tx 78220 if you need to send us any mail.
How does the checkout process work?

What is the production process?
Our current lead time for new orders is approximately 7-10 business days. We are working hard to process orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email at contact@pleasantinspiredapparel.com
What is the production times?
Our current production times for new orders are typically 7-10 business days, not including weekends or holidays. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. For US destinations, orders are usually received within 5-7 business days after they have been shipped. We use USPS or UPS for shipping. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
What's your refund policy?
Pleasant Inspired Apparel, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer refunds to the original form of payment used on the order. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The order is canceled by Pleasant Inspired Apparel
- One or more items in your order are sold out
- The item(s) received are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the refund amount to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used a gift card to make the purchase, the funds will be issued back to your gift card immediately. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you wish to cancel your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, as we create all items on demand, we can only cancel an order within 24 hours of it being processed. If your order is already in active processing or has been shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.
If you do decide to return your order, please note that we will only process a store credit if the item(s) are in new and unworn condition. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will promptly inspect them and issue the store credit.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return your item(s), please follow our Return Policy guidelines and return the item(s) by mail. Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them to ensure they are in new and unworn condition, we will promptly process a store credit for you.
Do you offer rush delivery options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer rush delivery options at this time. However, we strive to process all orders as quickly as possible and in the order they are received. If you have any concerns or special circumstances regarding your order, please feel free to contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
What size should I order?
Our apparel is unisex sizing, which means it is designed to fit both men and women. We recommend checking our size chart to determine the best fit for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. In addition, we also accept Klarna, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Where is my order confirmation email?
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent immediately to the email address provided at checkout. If you don't see it in your inbox or spam folder, it's possible that your email address was misspelled or that the email was filtered out by your email provider. If you're unable to locate your confirmation email, please email us at contact@pleasantinspiredapparel.com with the name on your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
Can you apply my discount code to my existing order if I forgot to add?
If you forgot to apply your discount code during checkout and your order hasn't been processed yet, please contact us immediately at contact@pleasantinspiredapparel.com with your order number and discount code. We will do our best to apply the discount to your order if it is still possible.
What to do if you receive a defective product or wrong product?
We're sorry if you received a defective or incorrect product. To resolve this, please send an email to pleasantinspiredapparel.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including any relevant pictures, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will work to correct the error as quickly as possible.
What to do if my order is returned to sender?
If your order was returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or missing unit number, please email us at contact@pleasantinspiredapparel.com with your order number and correct shipping address. We will confirm the address and reship your order. Please note that a reshipping fee of $6.95 will apply to reshipments to a different address.
